The Nine Choirs · I

The first sphere

Nearest the throne: the Seraphim, the Cherubim, and the Thrones, each with its verse from the Douay-Rheims Bible.
The Nine Choirs · II

The second sphere

The governors of creation: the Dominions, the Virtues, and the Powers.
The Nine Choirs · III

The third sphere

The messengers to mankind: the Principalities, the Archangels, and the Angels.
The Trials

Nine kinds of puzzle

No two angels hold the same job. A rare angel holds up to four trials, and each one is sealed with the answer to the trial before it.

How the angels were mined

Free mint7,777 angelsAll open from day oneClaimed in 6 hoursGenesis 333 reservedRobinhood Chain
  1. Every puzzle was public from the first hour. A miner chose any angel still dark in the window, No. 89 or No. 7777, whichever they wanted.
  2. They took the code and the puzzles from the repository. There was nothing else to download.
  3. They solved the first trial. Its answer opened the next one, and so on until every trial was answered.
  4. They submitted the answer: node miner/mine.js solve <id>
Every answer is a fact of arithmetic, checked by one hash, so there was no required model and no required hardware. People brought what they had. 1,570 wallets claimed 7,444 angels in six hours, and the 333 genesis angels make up the rest. The puzzles stay published, and anybody can still read them and check the answers against the chain. What is finished is the claiming. To hold an angel now, buy one from somebody who mined it.
